Our marine joiners have extensive experience in deck repairs, using premium-grade materials along with the appropriate techniques and tools to restore any type of deck.
If damaged planks are identified during the repair process, they are replaced with new ones. Once the re-caulking process is completed, the deck is sanded to level the surface and restore it to optimal condition.
We carry out deck repair works both in our facilities and on-site across the main marinas of the Costa del Sol and Cádiz.
Teak deck restoration
Thanks to our experience, we have refined our teak deck restoration process to deliver clean and efficient results, often working directly alongside without the need to haul out the vessel.
We repair teak decks and gunwales, replacing planks, swim platforms and other deck elements as required.
Deck caulking
Where the deck still has sufficient thickness but the seams are deteriorated, we replace them and assess the condition of the joints. After preparing the surface, we carry out professional re-caulking using premium marine-grade products to ensure long-term durability.

Deck sanding
No matter how well a boat is maintained, time, sun and salt inevitably take their toll — as does regular washing.
Sanding is an effective way to restore the original colour of teak decking and correct marks or unevenness caused by raised caulking. Deck sanding is a precise process in which we remove the minimum material necessary to recover the deck’s original appearance.
